1. Overview
By purchasing from Multidimensional Muse Art, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure a clear understanding between the artist and the customer regarding handmade products, processing times, and store policies.

2. Handmade & Made-to-Order Items
All mugs and artwork are handcrafted and made to order. Each piece is unique — variations in color, pattern, and texture are part of the creative process and are not considered defects. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped.

3. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

4. Shipping
Once shipped, Multidimensional Muse Art is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit. However, we’re happy to assist in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.

5. Payment
All payments must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

6. Copyright & Artwork Use
All designs, images, and artwork are the intellectual property of Multidimensional Muse Art and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
